Q Gardens Lofts is a residential tower by AYS Developers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Every home on sale here is a duplex laid out over two floors, with two, three or four bedrooms. AYS Developers finishes each unit with quality flooring, a complete set of kitchen appliances, marble countertops and bespoke fittings, and plans the rooms around natural light.
Garden duplexes and upper duplexes
The lower duplexes take up floors 1 and 2 and open onto private gardens or terraces. There is a cinema room, a fully equipped gym, a games room, a kids' play area and a BBQ area for evenings with friends, plus a residents' sitting area and podium parking. The rooftop looks out across JVC towards the city skyline.

The building stands opposite the Five hotel in JVC, with the main highways close by. AYS Developers puts Dubai International Airport about 25 minutes away, and parks, schools, clinics and malls a few minutes from the door. The current payment plan asks for 100% of the price on booking, with no instalments to follow.
