Binghatti Amber is a finished residential tower by Binghatti Developers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Above the ground floor and four podium levels it rises 19 floors to the roof: two floors of offices, then 17 floors of apartments. Binghatti counts it among its delivered buildings, so what you buy here is a home that already stands.
The balconies
The building is recognisable by its balconies. Each one is set into its neighbours, and from the street the facade reads as one woven pattern that seems to be in motion. The pattern also does practical work. The balconies shade the glass behind them, which lowers the energy needed to cool the rooms, and they give every home an outdoor space that the neighbours cannot look into. Binghatti designed it in its own contemporary style, with details drawn from Middle Eastern art and architecture.
The homes
There are 556 apartments: 54 studios, 418 one-bedroom homes, 82 two-bedroom homes and 2 three-bedroom homes. The office floors hold 68 offices and the ground floor has 17 shops. Sliding glass doors connect the living rooms to the balconies, and Binghatti chose the finishes and fittings from international suppliers. Residents share a pool deck set between the wings of the tower.
Living in JVC
Inside the community there are nurseries, supermarkets such as Spinneys and Choithrams, Circle Mall, and green space at Halfa Park and the two Community Parks, North and South. Al Khail Avenue Mall in Jumeirah Village Triangle is two minutes away by car. GEMS United, Nord Anglia, GEMS World Academy, City Centre Al Barsha and Mediclinic Parkview are within five minutes, and Mall of the Emirates, Al Barsha Mall, Dubai British School and Dubai International Academy within seven.
