Concept 7 is a completed apartment building by Condor Development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Construction is finished, so the homes here are ready to move into. The apartments on sale are one-bedroom homes (1BR) of 696 to 749 sq ft, about 65 to 70 m², and the table on this page lists each one with its floor and size.

The apartments

Condor chose a soft earth palette for the interiors, taken from the colours of the Dubai desert, and planned the rooms to bring in as much daylight as possible. The bedroom has sleek fitted wardrobes. In the kitchen the appliances are built in behind understated doors and paired with high-quality worktops, which keeps the room free of clutter. The living room opens onto a balcony, the spot the developer has in mind for sunset gatherings with friends.

Building and amenities

Residents come home through a reception lobby, and security staff are on duty 24 hours a day. A whole floor of the building is given over to fitness. There is a large swimming pool for laps or an easy afternoon, along with a sauna and a children's play area. Concept 7 is also pet friendly: the developer says residents can move in with their pets.

Location and payment

JVC is a residential community with parks spread through it, many of them with children's play areas and running tracks. Circle Mall, with its shops and restaurants, and JVC Park are both close to Concept 7. By the developer's figures, Dubai Marina is about 15 minutes away and Mall of the Emirates about 18 minutes. Because the building is finished, there is no construction-period instalment plan: payment is 100% on booking.
