About the project
Salva is a villa neighbourhood by Emaar Properties in The Heights Country Club and Wellness, Emaar's new master community in Dubailand. The homes are detached villas with three, four or five bedrooms, set among nature trails, outdoor gyms and meditation areas, and Emaar's masterplan places Salva beside the community's central lake. Handover is planned for Q3 2030.
The villas
The 3BR villas have two floors, with all three bedrooms upstairs and total areas from 3,340 sq ft. The 4BR and 5BR villas add a bedroom on the ground floor and a roof level with a family room and an open terrace. They measure about 4,300 sq ft and from 5,760 sq ft, and the 5BR villas also have a lift. Every layout has a maid's room with its own bathroom, a laundry and a covered carport, and the master bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe. Emaar describes the look as contemporary with a Mediterranean feel: whitewashed facades and warm terracotta tones outside, open plans in warm beiges and natural tones inside.
Amenities
The Heights covers 7.5 million square metres in 21 residential clusters, and a quarter of the land is left as open space. Its Wellness Centre is built around water, with reflective pools, wellness studios and garden corners, and nearby are a yoga lake, a lakeside promenade, a meditation garden and a social terrace. Residents also share community pools, a children's playscape, sports facilities, indoor and outdoor gyms, a linear park and community shops.
Location and payment plan
The community lies at the junction of E611 and E77, on Emirates Road beside Grand Polo and near Arabian Ranches III. Emaar puts Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport about 10 minutes away by car, Dubai Hills Estate 20 minutes and Downtown Dubai 30 minutes. Salva is sold on an 80/20 plan: 10% on booking, 70% during construction and the last 20% on handover in Q3 2030.
