About the project
The Beach House Fahid is a residential community by Aldar Properties PJSC on Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi. It is made up of 11 residential buildings a few steps from the island's natural beach, with landscaped gardens between them. Across the whole development the layouts run from studios to three-bedroom apartments with a maid's room, and handover is planned for Q3 2029.
The residences
The homes in the current release are two-bedroom apartments from 1,576 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments from 1,970 sq ft, all with a maid's room. In the floor plans the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and every layout adds a balcony, a laundry room, a powder room and storage. The three-bedroom plan also has a study. Some podium-level units come with a private garden. Buyers choose a light or a dark finish palette, both with porcelain tile floors, and the master wardrobe is fitted with a built-in safe, a trouser rack and an accessories organiser. Aldar describes partial views of the sea and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
Amenities and the island
The shared facilities sit on a private podium level: two resort-style swimming pools, two gyms, co-working lounges, multipurpose rooms, children's play areas, lounges and community zones, and a bicycle parking station. Residents have direct access to Coral Drive, the island's boutique shopping street, and live next to the 2 km waterfront boardwalk with watersports, restaurants and cafés. Fahid Island has 930 m of uninterrupted beach, a Fitwel 3-Star rating, LEED for Cities and Communities Platinum pre-certification and an Estidama 3 Pearl community rating.
Location and payment plan
By car, Yas Island is about 5 minutes away, Saadiyat Island and Zayed International Airport about 15 minutes, central Abu Dhabi 20 minutes and Dubai 50 minutes. Aldar sells the apartments on a 40/60 plan: 5% on booking, 35% during construction and the remaining 60% on handover.
