About the project
Waterfront by Missoni is the first Missoni address in Abu Dhabi: a residential tower by Emirates Developments on Al Reem Island, within Shams Abu Dhabi. The building has water on two sides and direct beach access at its base, and each residence faces the water, the canal, the city or the community. Emirates Developments is collecting EOIs ahead of the official launch.
The residences
The tower holds 250 homes over 38 residential floors: 61 one-bedroom apartments of about 668 to 1,119 square feet, 135 two-bedroom apartments of about 1,128 to 1,895, 44 three-bedroom apartments with a maid's room and a study of about 2,516 to 2,571, eight four-bedroom apartments with a maid's room of about 2,949 to 3,442, and two five-bedroom half-floor penthouses of about 4,442 square feet. Ceilings have a clear height of 3 metres. Every residence is delivered fitted, with a full set of integrated kitchen appliances, in light oak, warm ivory porcelain and bronze metal with Missoni Home fabrics.
On the water
The tower rises from a promenade, a ground floor and four podium levels. Two beach access points lead to a swimmable beach with a five-star beachfront bar and restaurant, and a kayak loop runs across the canal. The ground and first floors form the amenity deck: a swimming pool, a padel court, a fitness centre, a kids' room, a barbecue area, terraces, a clubhouse, a cinema, a spa, a VR room and a business lounge. Double-height shops line the base of the building.
Getting around
Repton School Abu Dhabi is about two minutes away, Reem Hospital about three, Reem Central Park, Al Fay Park and Burjeel Hospital about four, and Reem Mall about five.
Payment plan
Waterfront by Missoni is offered on a 40/60 plan: 5% on booking, seven instalments of 5% between January 2027 and December 2029, and the remaining 60% on handover, expected in the second quarter of 2030.
