Bel Rive

Bel Rive is an international real estate investment group founded by Thomas Rogge. It puts investment structuring, advisory and construction management in one company and works in several countries, Indonesia among them. Its Bali project is Asora Living: eleven villas in Balangan, on the Uluwatu side of the Bukit Peninsula, each with a pool of its own and all of them turned toward the ocean.

Asora Living
A small hilltop group of villas in Balangan, about ten minutes from Balangan Beach and from Dreamland. The buildings step down toward the sea so that each villa keeps its ocean view, and the walls facing a neighbour are left solid for privacy. Every villa has a bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and the pool on the ground floor, opening onto its own garden, with further bedrooms and balconies upstairs. The three-bedroom villas add a private rooftop with planters and a pergola. Inside, the palette is stone, limestone and timber.
