Its team has been building on the island for about ten years and keeps most of the work in house, from the concept and the permits to construction and sales. Its current project is Manta Livin, a wellness resort of villas and apartments on the cliffs of South Uluwatu, printed in concrete with the 3D construction company Legends 3D.

Wellness resort of villas and apartments
Manta Livin
A resort on the cliffs of South Uluwatu, about a hundred metres from the ocean and five minutes from Nyang Nyang Beach, with a lookout 198 metres above the sea close by. The concept is built on four elements, water first, so the centre of the site is a pool bar around a 320 square metre pool with shallow paths, small fountains, a jacuzzi and a children's zone with a slide. The first stage holds 21 villas in three designs, from one bedroom up to three and four, with the two-bedroom villas each given a pool of their own, and 85 one and two bedroom apartments. The second stage adds a spa complex, a rooftop infinity pool and a rooftop restaurant.

Signature style

Concept first. Manta Livin is designed around water, air, earth and fire, with wellness treated as the reason for the place rather than a service bolted on. The structures are printed in concrete, which lets the architects use curved and complex forms that would be slow and costly to build by hand.
