The residences inside the resort are sold through Taryan Group.

Taryan Group's record.

Outside Ukraine the company is known mostly for its prizes. Three of its projects have been named Best in the World at the International Property Awards: Taryan Towers for residential high-rise development in 2020-2021, Nver for mixed use in 2024/2025, and the Bali resort for new hotel construction and design in January 2026. The Bali project had already taken two Indonesia titles at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2024 and four at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025. On the hotel side Taryan Group works with established names: Minor Hotels will operate the resort as an Anantara, and in April 2026 the developer brought in Savaya Group to shape the signature restaurant, the bars and the lounges and to run them.

Taryan Group's finished work is in Kyiv. Taryan Towers rises on Ioanna Pavla II Street in Pechersk, and its first tower went into service at the end of 2020. Nver is a mixed-use development on Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard in the centre of the city. In Bali the group has one site, and the resort there is still being built.

Directly on the volcanic sand of Seseh Beach, about 15 minutes from Canggu. John Dawes based the building on the Barong, the dragon-like guardian of Balinese myth, and designed the homes inside it as cocoons: more than two hundred of them, around three infinity pools, an Anantara spa, a fitness and yoga area, a surf school, a beach lounge, several restaurants and bars, and a private helipad. Minor Hotels will run the resort under the Anantara brand, and the residences are sold only through Taryan Group.

Premium apartment towers on Ioanna Pavla II Street in the Pechersk district. The first tower was put into service at the end of 2020, and in February 2021 the complex was named the best residential high-rise development in the world at the International Property Awards.
