Avalon Bali TAO Club House in Pererenan, Bali

TAO Club House is a building of 129 serviced apartments by Avalon Development Bali in Pererenan, the quieter village just west of Canggu. Its concept comes from the Taoist idea of yin and yang, worked through minimal interiors, natural materials and calm shared spaces, and about 2,000 m² of the building is given to facilities. Ribas Hotels Group is the management company. Avalon Development Bali has been building serviced apartments on the island since 2022, and its team has more than 20 years of construction experience.

The studios

The homes on sale are studios on the first and second floors, from 28 to 41 m². Each is one open room with a kitchen line, a sleeping area and its own shower room, finished in warm wood and pale stone with wide glazing. Some have a terrace, and the largest studios add one of about 11.6 m² with a built-in barbecue.

Facilities

The ground floor holds the lobby, a restaurant and bar, and a swimming pool with its own pool bar and lounge. Next to it are a fully equipped gym, a waterfall sauna, an ice pool and a bathhouse with a hammam. A yoga area, a kids' club and a small temple are on site, with a massage room and a co-working space on the upper floors. Around the building, stone, wood and bamboo sit with vertical gardens, ponds and fountains, and there are corners set aside for meditation. Motorbike parking is in the basement.

Location, lease and payment

Pererenan keeps away from Bali's busiest roads while restaurants, shops and gyms stay close. The developer puts the ocean and Canggu about 5 minutes away, Ubud about 45 minutes and the airport about 60 minutes. TAO Club House is sold leasehold: the brochure states a 25-year lease with a 25-year extension. Buyers pay 40% on booking and the other 60% in interest-free quarterly instalments during construction, and completion is planned for 2027.
