1 Residences is a finished pair of towers by Wasl Development in Al Kifaf, Dubai, part of the Wasl 1 district beside Zabeel Park. The two towers share a podium and meet higher up in a link bridge, and that bridge holds both apartments and the residents' pool deck. Construction is complete, so the apartments are ready to move into.

The residences

The homes now offered are on the link bridge, on levels 37 to 41, in 2BR and 3BR layouts. Two-bedroom apartments start at 1,333 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments at 1,673 sq ft, balcony included, and every suite on these floors has its own balcony. Elsewhere in the building Wasl also planned 1BR suites and 3BR duplexes. Interiors combine wood, polished stainless steel and marble. The towers stand on three basement levels, a ground floor and a mezzanine, with 43 residential floors above them.

Amenities

The shared facilities sit on the bridge itself. Level 42 has the main swimming pool, a smaller second pool, a yoga studio and landscaped seating areas, and level 41 adds a multipurpose hall next to another landscaped terrace. Location and payment plan

The towers stand between Sheikh Zayed Road and Zabeel Park, and the developer's site plan marks Al Jafiliya metro station beside the plot. From the building the outlook is over Zabeel Park. Because the homes are complete, the payment plan is short: a 10% down payment, then the remaining 90% within two to three months of it.
