The apartments on sale run from studios to two-bedroom units with a study. Construction is under way and handover is planned for Q4 2026. Buyers pay 40% on booking and 20% during construction, then the last 40% on handover. Tabeer has been building in Dubai since 2014, and its name means "interpretation" in Arabic.
The residences
Studios start at 429 sq ft and one-bedroom apartments at 772 sq ft. The two-bedroom homes all come with a study and start at 1,297 sq ft. On the fourth floor, several two-bedroom layouts open onto terraces of more than 600 sq ft, and seven two-bedroom homes in the building have their own plunge pool. The features Tabeer lists for the residences include walk-in wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony access and a smart home system. Kitchens are fully fitted with European-branded appliances and an island countertop, and the developer has used floor-to-ceiling tiles.
Amenities
Indoors there is a 24/7 concierge, a lobby lounge, a wellness centre and a business centre. The leisure deck on the podium has a beach-style swimming pool, a kids' water park and a jacuzzi. Up on the roof, the sky deck adds a rooftop cinema, a rooftop pool, a kids' play area and a barbecue area.
Location
JVC is a residential community laid out around parks, gardens, sports fields, schools and mosques. Tabeer puts Circle Mall 5 minutes from 99 Parkplace, Springs Souk 10 minutes and Dubai Hills Mall 12 minutes away. Aster Clinic is 5 minutes away and Mediclinic Parkview 15. JSS International School is 7 minutes away and GEMS Founders School 10. Dubai Miracle Garden is about 10 minutes away, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah about 20, and both Dubai International and Al Maktoum airports about 30.
