Emaar Acacia at Park Heights in Dubai Hills, Dubai

Acacia at Park Heights is a ready residential complex by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills, Dubai, inside Dubai Hills Estate, the 2,687-acre master community that Emaar develops with Meraas. It is made up of three mid-rise blocks, A, B and C, each with a ground floor and nine levels above it. The blocks stand between Al Khail Road and the community park.

The residences

The homes on sale now are 2BR apartments from 1,690 sq ft, each with its own balcony or terrace. On Emaar's floor plans each apartment faces either the boulevard or the park, and some ground-floor layouts have terraces of several hundred square feet. Emaar chose the kitchen fittings and bathroom fixtures itself and installed lighting and electrical controls that are simple to use. Large windows and glass balcony railings let in plenty of daylight.

Amenities

Residents have a health club with massage, steam rooms and saunas, and swimming pools that include a separate children's pool. Location and payment plan

Dubai Hills Estate is part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City and sits on Al Khail Road, about 12 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai. From Acacia you walk straight into the park, where Emaar's gardening team looks after the nature trails, streams and shaded lawns, and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club is close by. The apartments now on sale come with a 20/80 plan: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover.
