Dubai Hills Estate lies between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina along Al Khail Road, a few minutes by car from Downtown Dubai. Dubai Hills Mall, at the junction of Umm Suqeim Road and Al Khail Road, has more than 650 shops and restaurants. GEMS International School, King's College Hospital and the Dubai Hills Golf Club, with its driving range and golf academy, are close by. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on handover, which is scheduled for Q4 2026.
