About the project
Aeon is a two-tower residential project by Emaar Properties in Creek Harbour, Dubai, set right beside the community's central plaza. Emaar designed the towers around raw, locally sourced materials, with balconies and horizontal ledges that shade the façades from direct sun. The apartments on sale are two-bedroom homes of 1,289 sq ft. Handover is planned for Q3 2027, and the payment plan splits into 10% on booking, 80% during construction and 10% on handover.
The apartments
Each two-bedroom layout opens from the living room onto a balcony, with the kitchen and dining area alongside. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom, and the second bedroom shares a full bathroom off the hallway. There is also a laundry cupboard. Emaar's brochure speaks of views over the Dubai Creek canal, the parks and the city skyline from the towers.
Amenities
Inside the project, residents have a swimming pool deck, a gym with modern equipment, lounges and games rooms, and a lobby lounge. Aeon is pet friendly. The wider community adds a waterfront promenade, a cycling track, a skate park with sports courts, fitness and jogging tracks, an adventure playground and several play areas. Emaar has also built in practical green features: cool roofs and double glazing, LED lighting with controls in shared areas, irrigation fed by condensate water, separate recycling chutes and charging points for electric cars.
Location
Creek Harbour sits on the historic Dubai Creek, at the crossroads of Al Jaddaf and Festival City. Emaar puts Burj Khalifa 10 minutes away and Dubai International Airport 15 minutes away, and a water taxi runs to Downtown Dubai. Close to home are Creek Beach with its 700-metre shoreline, Creek Marina with an 81-berth yacht club, a Central Park as large as six football fields, and the Viewing Point, which reaches 70 metres out over the creek. Emaar also lists the nearby wildlife sanctuary, home to pink flamingos, among the sights.
