About the project
Altitude de GRISOGONO is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, Dubai, designed with de GRISOGONO. The building takes its theme from the opal, a gemstone known for its play of colour, and you meet it first in the lobby, where flowing lines and iridescent accents sit against reflective surfaces. Construction is under way, with completion planned for Q1 2027.
The residences
The tower has studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, plus a two-bedroom duplex. Studios start at 490 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 1,189 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,457 sq ft. Inside, neutral tones and clean lines meet rich textures and a lot of natural light. Kitchens come equipped and the apartments are sold unfurnished. DAMAC's floor plans mark two outlooks around the typical floor, the canal on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other.
Amenities
The podium level holds an infinity lap pool and solar-powered sun loungers, and beside the pool there are pods set up for stargazing at night. For wellness, residents have a spa, a salon and a beauty bar, along with hydrotherapy and temperature-controlled flotation pods. There is also a fitness gym and a garden designed around the planets. A promenade at the tower brings restaurants and a curated mix of retail brands.
Location and payment plan
From this stretch of the canal, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and DIFC are a few minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is a short drive. DAMAC sells the apartments on a 50/50 plan: 20% on booking, 30% during construction and the remaining 50% on handover in Q1 2027.
