Arib Collection is a boutique residential building by Arib Properties in Dubailand, Dubai. It has 49 residences on eight floors, set beside a park: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with an infinity pool on the roof.
The building is under construction and handover is planned for Q3 2028. Buyers pay 64% by handover and the remaining 36% over the three years after it, so a large part of the price falls due once the keys are in hand.
Studios, one and two bedroom apartments
Studios start at 509 sq ft. The one-bedroom apartments measure 822 to 882 sq ft, and the two-bedroom apartments 1,347 to 1,412 sq ft, which gives a couple or a small family proper room to live in. Every layout in the developer’s floor plans has its own balcony, and some of the two-bedroom plans add a store room.
Arib Properties promises high-end build quality and smart layouts. The brochure renderings show tall windows opening onto the balconies, fitted kitchens and calm, neutral interiors.
Rooftop pool and residents’ facilities
The infinity pool sits on the roof, with a sun deck around it. Residents also have a fitness centre and a children’s playground, and since the building stands beside a park, the brochure makes a point of its garden views.
Getting around from Dubailand
Arib Collection is in Dubailand, close to the Al Ain Dubai Road. By the developer’s timings, Dubai Outlet Mall and Academic City are about five minutes away by car, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Global Village about eight, and IMG Worlds and Hamdan Sports Complex about twelve.
Dubai Safari Park and Desert Palm Polo Club are around 15 minutes from the building. Dubai International Airport and Meydan Racecourse take about 20 minutes, and Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall about 24. For families, the developer also points to international schools in the area.
