The residences
The building has studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, including two-bedroom duplexes on the upper floors, and every floor plan comes with a balcony. ARIB's plans show studios of 416 to 615 sq ft and one-bedroom homes of 760 to 1,042 sq ft. The larger one-bedroom layout pairs a 4.1 by 5.45 m living room with a 3.4 by 5.5 m bedroom, a separate guest toilet and a 7.8 m balcony. A ground-floor two-bedroom reaches 1,943 sq ft in total, with two balconies wrapping its living and dining room. The homes on offer now are one and two-bedroom apartments on the first floor, from about 996 and 1,192 sq ft. According to the listing they come semi-furnished, with equipped kitchens, Bosch appliances and a smart home control system.
Amenities
Residents come in through a lobby with a marble reception desk, and the corridors are finished in marble. The building has a swimming pool, an aqua gym, a gym, a sauna and a play area for children.
Location and payment plan
ARIB places Lumina Vista within five minutes of Dubai Miracle Garden, with Parkview Hospital and six schools nearby. The developer's map gives about 10 minutes by car to Arabian Ranches, 15 to Dubai Hills Mall and Global Village, 18 to Mall of the Emirates and 24 to Dubai Marina and Dubai International Airport, with Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road at the edge of the community. The apartments are sold on a 40/60 plan: 40% on booking, and the remaining 60% over three years after handover.
