Aysha Residences is the latest addition by Eagle Hills to the Maryam Island masterplan in Sharjah. It is made up of two six-storey buildings, Aysha 1 and Aysha 2, on Al Khan Lagoon and directly across from the island's waterfront promenade, with the beach a short walk away. The apartments
Living areas, bedrooms and kitchens are floored in large-format porcelain tiles, and the balconies have outdoor porcelain to match. Amenities and location
Residents have an adults' pool, a separate kids' pool, a gym and a playground. Each building has two lifts that run straight to parking on the ground and podium levels, and CCTV covers the common areas. Across the road, the waterfront promenade follows Al Khan Lagoon with shops, restaurants and entertainment, and Maryam Island Park is within walking distance. The island sits in downtown Sharjah near the Al Khan Heritage District, less than 5 km from Expo Centre Sharjah and less than 10 km from Dubai International Airport.
Payment plan
Eagle Hills sells Aysha Residences on a 30/70 plan. Buyers pay 30% on booking and the remaining 70% on handover, with no instalments in between.
