The homes
The homes on sale are studios of 434 to 442 sq ft and one-bedroom apartments of 716 to 837 sq ft. Each one looks out over either the amenity areas or the surrounding community. Ceilings are high and the windows run from floor to ceiling. Floors are laid in a white travertine-look porcelain by Provenza, joinery has a wood-grain finish, and handles and switches are matte black.
