Blossom 40 is a boutique apartment building in Majan, Dubai, by Tranquil Infra Developers, a firm founded by industry professionals. It has 66 apartments over nine residential floors, every one with one or two bedrooms, and the design pairs modern architecture with careful detailing.
The payment plan is 20/80: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover, scheduled for Q4 2028. A second plan spreads the cost differently, with 1% on booking, 29% during construction and 70% on handover.
The apartments
One-bedroom apartments start at 863 sq ft and come in two layouts of almost the same size, 863 and 864 sq ft. In both, about 712 sq ft is indoor space and the rest, around 150 sq ft, is outdoor space.
Two-bedroom apartments start at 1,221 sq ft. That layout has 1,009 sq ft inside and 212 sq ft outside, while the larger one reaches 1,315 sq ft, with 1,071 sq ft inside and 243 sq ft outside. The interiors are planned around open living areas and plenty of daylight, with modern kitchens and finishes in premium materials.
Pool, gym and rooftop
The temperature-controlled infinity pool sits in a double-height space, with ceiling patterns that repeat the lines of the facade. For wellness there is a sauna and a steam room.
The roof holds the gym and outdoor fitness, a social space and a BBQ lounge under open sky. Families get a children’s play zone with golf turf, and there is a separate play area for pets.
Living in Majan
Majan, in Dubailand, is a 15.6 million sq ft mixed-use community with homes, shops and offices, laid out with landscaped parks and shaded walkways. Next door is Al Barari, where more than 60% of the masterplan is given to gardens and lakes, with over 500,000 trees.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) gives direct access to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. Carrefour and Viva supermarkets, Dunecrest American School, GEMS FirstPoint School and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital are all close by, and so are IMG Worlds of Adventure, Global Village, Dubai Outlet Mall and Dubai Miracle Garden.
