Celia Heights is a residential tower in Majan, Dubai, built by Abou Eid Real Estate Development, a company founded in Lebanon in 1989. The homes offered here are studios of about 380 sq ft, each with a balcony, and residents share a podium deck with two pools, a gym and an outdoor cinema.
The studios
The developer's floor plans give the studios a compact, practical layout. The front door opens beside a pantry kitchen that runs along one wall, with the bathroom across from it and a dressing area just beyond. The main room is drawn with a double bed, a small table and a desk, and sliding doors at the far end lead out to the balcony. Studios of this type sit on the second to the tenth floor. The tower's apartments go up to the 13th floor, and three lifts open onto a lobby 2.4 metres wide.

The shared facilities are on the first floor podium. Outside there is a pool deck with a swimming pool and a separate children's pool, an outdoor gym, a kids' play area, a barbecue area, an outdoor cinema and an outdoor sitting area. Indoors on the same floor is the gym, with separate washrooms for men and women.
