About the project
Celia Homes is a residential tower by Abou Eid Real Estate Development in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), in the Dubailand district of Dubai. It has studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and the whole roof is given over to more than 15 shared amenities.
The building has a basement and two podium floors of parking, a reception and lobby on the ground floor, and apartments on the floors above. Abou Eid was founded in Lebanon in 1989. The payment plan asks for 20% on booking, 34% during construction and 16% on handover, and the last 30% is paid within 18 months after handover.
The apartments
Studios start at 443 sq ft, with a pantry kitchen along one wall, a bathroom and a balcony. Some studios open onto a deeper terrace instead, which brings them to about 550 sq ft. One-bedroom apartments start at 827 sq ft and come in several layouts, each with a kitchen, a living and dining room, a bathroom plus a guest WC, and a balcony.
Several one-bedroom layouts swap the balcony for a terrace with a private pool, at 975 to 1,326 sq ft. The two-bedroom layout with a pool measures 1,874 sq ft: a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a second bedroom, two bathrooms and a guest WC, a maid’s room with its own bathroom, a laundry, and a long terrace with a private pool.
Amenities on the roof
The roof deck has a swimming pool, a Malibu-style pool for children, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a jogging track. Around them sit an outdoor gym, an outdoor cinema, a barbecue area with dining tables, a seating zone and an outdoor play area for children.
Indoors on the same level there is a gym, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, an arcade room, an entertainment lounge and a business centre for days when work comes home.
Location
On the developer’s map, Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Academic City and Global Village are about five minutes away by car. Dubai Safari Park, Desert Palm Polo Club and Meydan Racecourse take about ten minutes. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport are about 20 minutes away, and Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah about 25.
