Etérea by Zoya is a new residential building in Majan, Dubai, with just 92 residences over a ground floor, nine upper floors and a rooftop. Zoya Developments sells every home fully furnished and finished to a premium standard, and calls the project "a softer way to live".
The homes
There are 54 one-bedroom apartments, 36 two-bedroom apartments and 2 penthouses. The one-bedrooms start at around 550 sq ft and are planned so they can become a two-bedroom. The two-bedrooms start at around 770 sq ft and can become a three-bedroom. The two three-bedroom penthouses, of about 1,830 and 1,960 sq ft, each have a private pool and a private entrance.
Amenities
Residents share a swimming pool, a gym, a rooftop lounge, a children's play area and a barbecue area.
Getting around
Majan is a residential district within Dubailand. From Etérea it is about three minutes by car to Global Village, five minutes to IMG Worlds of Adventure and twenty minutes to Downtown Dubai.
Buying
Handover is planned for the third quarter of 2029. The payment plan asks for 20% on booking and then 1% a month for 80 months, so part of the price is paid after the keys are handed over.
