Blue Pearls is a completed residential development by Ajmal Makan Developer in Ajmal Makan City, on the Al Hamriyah coast of Sharjah. It is made up of two towers, Tower C1 and Tower C2, each with a ground floor, a podium floor and six residential floors. The homes are sold as freehold, and the developer's renders show the two towers framing a shared pool deck that looks out over the Arabian Gulf.
The residences
The homes on sale now are studios from 437 sq ft. They are sold unfurnished, which leaves the owner free to fit them out to their own taste. Floor-to-ceiling windows in double-glazed glass let in plenty of daylight, and porcelain tiles run through every room.
