About the project
Chic Tower is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Business Bay, Dubai, with the Dubai Canal at its foot. The idea behind it is turquoise and the healing powers the stone has long been credited with, and the interiors carry master jeweller de GRISOGONO's interpretation of the gemstone. DAMAC planned the whole building around wellness, starting in the lobby, which has workout benches and weights.
The residences
The homes now on sale are one-bedroom lofts on podium levels P4 and P5 and a four-bedroom duplex on level 34. Each loft is set over two floors, with the bedroom upstairs looking down into a double-height living room, and measures between 1,742 and 1,973 sq ft. The duplex covers 8,316 sq ft. DAMAC gives its three- and four-bedroom homes high in the tower a planted terrace, an infinity pool, a private gym and a projection screen for films and sport. Outside, curved terraces modelled on the waves of the canal run down the facade from a stepped roof where water spills from one pool into the next. DAMAC promises wide views over the Dubai Canal and beyond.
Spa, baths and the podium
Seven baths are the centre of the wellness offer, hot, cold, salt and mud among them. On the podium the main spa opens onto an outdoor gym fitted for calisthenics. A beauty bar has technicians who make creams for each resident's skin type, and the same level holds a juice bar, pools, cabanas, playgrounds, football pitches, party zones and a lazy river 180 metres long.
Location and payment plan
Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai International Financial Centre are all close to this part of Business Bay, and Dubai International Airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Buyers pay 20% on booking, 20% during construction and the remaining 60% on handover, which is scheduled for Q4 2026.
