Creek Waters 2 is a residential tower by Emaar Properties on Creek Island, the waterfront district of Creek Harbour in Dubai. Emaar pairs contemporary architecture with planted terraces here, and the tower rises to 50 floors with outlooks across Dubai Creek and the city skyline. Residents arrive past a water feature into a lobby with high ceilings and plenty of daylight, and after dark an integrated lighting scheme picks out the facade. Handover is planned for Q4 2027, on an 80/20 plan: 10% on booking, 70% during construction and the remaining 20% on handover.
The 2BR apartment
The home on sale is a 2BR apartment of 1,272 sq ft. In Emaar's two-bedroom plans for the tower, the main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom, there is a second full bathroom, and the kitchen opens onto the dining area. A laundry space and a balcony complete the layout, which the developer drew to make the most of space and natural light. The kitchen comes equipped and the apartment is sold unfurnished.
Amenities on the podium
Shared facilities sit on a landscaped podium above the street. There is an infinity pool with a sun deck, viewing decks placed to look out over Creek Harbour, a children's pool with a shaded play area and a barbecue area. The gym has a pavilion of its own that opens onto an outdoor yoga deck. Shops, restaurants and cafes are reached straight from the podium.
Location on Creek Island
Creekside Park, a linear park with playgrounds, sports courts, open lawns and an amphitheatre, runs right past the building. On Emaar's map, Central Park is about 400 metres away, a five minute walk, and the boulevard about 800 metres. Creek Marina, with its 81 berth yacht club, is five minutes away, and the Harbour Promenade and The Viewing Point sit on the same waterfront. A pedestrian bridge links the island to the rest of Dubai Creek Harbour, and the Address Grand Creek Harbour and Vida Creek Harbour hotels are close by.
