About the project
Dugasta Paradise View II is a completed apartment building in Wadi Al Safa 3, Majan, Dubai, and its homes are ready to move into. It has a basement, a ground floor and twelve residential floors above them. Dugasta Properties acquired the finished building and now sells the apartments in it, from studios up to three bedrooms, along with two shops at street level.
The payment plan is 25/75: you pay 25% on purchase and spread the other 75% over 10 years. Since the building is already finished, you can move in or let the apartment while the instalments are still running.
The apartments
Studios make up most of the homes on sale. They measure from 539 to about 616 sq ft and are found on every floor from the first to the twelfth. One-bedroom apartments start at 790 sq ft, and the larger one-bedroom layouts on the tenth to twelfth floors reach about 1,195 sq ft. Two-bedroom apartments run from 1,244 to 1,299 sq ft. The largest homes are two three-bedroom apartments of about 2,001 sq ft on the twelfth floor.
Layouts are open plan and get plenty of daylight. Kitchens come fitted with modern appliances, bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and private balconies look out over the city or the surrounding community. On the ground floor, two retail units of 686 and about 1,216 sq ft suit a buyer who wants a shop inside a residential building.
Pool, gym and sauna
The shared facilities are all on the first floor: a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, a gym, a steam room and a dry sauna with a Himalayan salt room, plus separate changing rooms for men and women. Residents park in the basement and on the ground floor, which also has bicycle parking, and lifts connect the car park with the apartment floors.
Getting around from Majan
Majan is part of Dubailand, and the building is about two minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Dugasta puts Global Village about 8 minutes away and IMG Worlds of Adventure about 10. Dubai Hills Mall is around 15 minutes by car, Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa about 20, and Dubai International Airport about 25.
