The commercial units
The retail shop measures 725 sq ft. The food and beverage units run from 1,055 to 5,927 sq ft. One of them is the 1,925 sq ft Dusit Gourmet on the ground floor. Most of the others are on the first floor, where the developer's plan arranges restaurant, bar, café and lounge spaces around the hotel's swimming pool and kids' pool.

The brochure calls Dusit Princess an upper mid-market brand made for business and leisure travellers. The hotel lists more than 20 amenities, among them the Namm Spa, the D-Fit Gymnasium, Soi Contemporary Thai, an infinity pool with a jacuzzi, a shisha lounge, a banquet hall, a business centre and a co-working space. Smart systems run access control and energy management, and reception and security are handled by an AI desk.
Location and payment plan
The building stands in district 18 of JVC. By the developer's drive times, ELS Golf Club is 7 minutes away, The Circle Mall 13, Burj Al Arab 15, Dubai Marina 16, Palm Jumeirah 18 and Burj Khalifa 19, and the J01 bus runs to Mall of the Emirates. The plan in the table starts with a 10% down payment, followed by five instalments of 10% and a final 40% due in November 2026. Plans with higher down payments are also offered.
