About the project
Elara is a Meraas development in Madinat Jumeirah Living, a residential community in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. It is made up of three buildings, A, B and C, with up to ten floors above the ground floor. They are laid out around a community park, and a second park sits next to the site. The apartments on sale now are one-bedroom homes on the ground floor of Elara B. Handover is set for Q4 2026, and the payment plan is 20% on booking with 80% on handover.
The one-bedroom apartments
Total sizes run from 964 to 1,215 sq ft. The one-bedroom plans in Elara have an entrance foyer, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry space. On the ground floor the plans also include a private outdoor area, counted in the total size.
Gardens, pool and shared spaces
The three buildings face inward onto planted courtyards with lawns, palms and shaded paths. A swimming pool sits among the gardens, and there is a gym on the ground floor. Residents come in through a reception lobby with a lounge, and the lifts run up to a roof terrace with outdoor seating that looks towards the Burj Al Arab and the sea. Cars pull into a landscaped drop-off under a pergola at the entrance.
Payment plan and handover
Meraas keeps the plan simple. Buyers pay 20% of the price when they book, and the remaining 80% falls due on handover, once construction is 100% complete. Nothing else is due in between, and with handover scheduled for Q4 2026, the larger share is paid only when the apartment is finished.
