About the project
Elegance Tower is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Downtown Dubai, created in collaboration with the couture designer Zuhair Murad. Gold runs through the whole building. The facade is wrapped in curved, flowing balcony fins, and inside, the apartments are finished in white and gold. DAMAC Properties has built luxury homes across the Middle East since 2002.
The apartments
The homes on sale at Elegance Tower are one-bedroom (1BR) apartments of about 744 sq ft. DAMAC's one-bedroom plans for the tower share a clear layout: an open living and dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom and a separate powder room for guests. Every plan has a balcony, and on most of them the balcony follows the curve of the facade. In the developer's renders the rooms are cream and white with marble and rose-gold detailing, and full-height windows let in plenty of daylight.
Amenities
The shared swimming pool sits in a landscaped podium garden, with sun loungers and a pool bar on a timber deck. Children have their own pool and a play area. There is also a gym, a spa, a barbecue area and a solarium. The building has covered parking, laundry facilities, central air conditioning and 24-hour security with CCTV, and pets are allowed. Cafés, restaurants and shops are close at hand.
Location and payment
Downtown Dubai is the district around Burj Khalifa. From Elegance Tower, The Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa itself are within walking distance. Dubai Marina and Dubai International Airport are roughly 20 to 25 minutes away by car, and Al Maktoum International Airport about 40 minutes. The apartment is sold on a full payment plan: 100% of the price is paid on purchase.
