About the project
Forte is a completed pair of residential towers by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. They stand in The Opera District, within direct sight of Dubai Opera, Opera Plaza and The Dubai Fountain. The Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei designed the complex as two towers, one of 70 floors and one of 50, set on a shared podium. Forte is ready, so a buyer moves into a finished home rather than waiting on construction.
The residences
The homes on offer are 3BR apartments from about 1,604 sq ft. Every 3BR layout at Forte includes a maid's room, a separate laundry, a powder room for guests, a dressing area off the master bedroom and a private balcony. Emaar specified the materials with care, from marble and ceramics to steel, and chose fixtures and fittings that sit well with whatever furniture an owner brings in.
Amenities
Residents share a pool area with its own children's pool, a playground close by and a fully equipped gym. There is also a library, a quiet place to read. The lobby has a concierge and security works around the clock. Shops, cafés and restaurants are built into the podium. Five basement levels hold residents' parking, and visitors can use public parking at boulevard level.
Location and payment plan
The Opera District is a pedestrian part of Downtown with shaded walkways, a waterfront promenade, parks and a plaza, and it faces Burj Khalifa, Burj Park and The Dubai Fountain. Emaar Properties, founded in 1997, built Downtown Dubai around Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain. The payment plan for Forte is 20% on booking and 80% on handover.
