About the project
Fleurs de Jardin is a gated community of 25 homes by AMIS Real Estate Developer in Wadi Al Safa 3, Dubai, within District 11 of Meydan. Jacob & Co designed it, taking the idea from one of the brand's signature timepieces: a garden where form, light and colour change through the day. There are 19 villas and 6 mansions, set around landscaped gardens and a lagoon, with a clubhouse and a spa on the same grounds. Completion is planned for Q3 2028.
The villas and mansions
Two home types are offered: 5BR villas and 6BR mansions. Every home is built over a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors, with a private garden and terraces, and the developer specifies bespoke finishes and handcrafted detail throughout. The mansions come with privileges of their own. Their owners have exclusive access to the spa and wellness centre, enhanced basement parking for extra privacy, and a designated space for a home theatre and a golf simulator. The homes are sold freehold.
The community and its location
Fleurs de Jardin is gated, with security around the clock. Winding walkways run through the gardens and past the lagoon to a retro-style clubhouse with swimming pools and a fully equipped fitness studio, and children have a play area of their own. Meydan Racecourse is about 5 minutes away by car, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay about 15 minutes, and Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes, so the city is close while the community keeps its privacy.
