Imtiaz Cove Edition 6 is an off-plan apartment building in Dubailand, Dubai, by Imtiaz Developments, a company founded in the UAE in 2014 that builds through its own construction division. Eleven residential floors sit above a ground-floor lobby, and the roof belongs to the residents: an infinity pool, a gym and a clubhouse.
The homes on sale here are studios from 401 sq ft (about 37 m²), and each one is handed over fully furnished. The main payment plan is 70/30: 20% on booking, 35% during construction, 15% on handover and the last 30% spread over three years after handover. Buyers who would rather settle at handover can take the second plan of 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover.
Furnished studios
Imtiaz describes the interiors as light-filled spaces with premium finishes, and the building itself in clean lines and modern contours. Every studio comes furnished, with a kitchen fitted with appliances, so there is nothing to buy before moving in. Smart home features are built in and give residents control over comfort and security in the apartment.
Rooftop pool, gym and clubhouse
The shared facilities are on the roof. The infinity pool looks out over the Dubai skyline, with lounge areas along the deck for an evening with friends. Next to it are a gym with modern equipment and a clubhouse, which Imtiaz designed as a place to unwind on your own or meet neighbours.
Around the building there are landscaped gardens and green walkways, and the amenity list adds a children’s playground, family areas, a barbecue area, outdoor dining, seating zones and a meeting area.
Location in Dubailand
Cove Edition 6 stands in the Dubailand Residence Complex community, beside the Al Ain Dubai Road. On the developer’s drive-time map, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Academic City and Dubai Outlet Mall are about five minutes away, while Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure and Meydan Racecourse are about ten. Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport fall inside the twenty-minute ring.
