About the project
JAD288 is a residential project by JAD Global in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai. Sheikh Zayed Road is five minutes away by car, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall about eight, and Dubai International Airport around ten, while the nearest metro station is an eight-minute walk. The project is made up of three buildings joined by a shared podium, each with a ground floor, two podium levels and eight residential floors, topped by a landscaped roof. JAD Global planned the interiors on neuroarchitecture principles, so the layouts, materials and sound insulation are chosen to keep the homes calm and quiet.
The apartments
The homes on sale are studios of 333 to 575 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments of 666 to 1,028 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments of 1,053 to 1,820 sq ft. Every apartment is sold furnished. Depending on the unit, the windows look over the gardens, the pools or the surrounding community. Living rooms get plenty of daylight and warm finishes, kitchens come with integrated cabinetry and built-in storage, and each apartment has compact smart fitness equipment for training at home. One parking space goes with every apartment, and each building has separate lifts for residents and for service.
Amenities
Most of the shared facilities sit on the podium. There are three pools: an adult pool, a kids' pool and a half-Olympic lap pool. Beside them are an indoor fitness studio with outdoor workout decks, a balance room for yoga and stretching, and a heat room with a sauna and a steam room. Children get a play room designed on Montessori principles. The lobby holds a small library, and an air-conditioned stairway with padded steps connects the levels for anyone who prefers to walk. On the roof, residents have a pet park, a grill lounge with built-in barbecues and a shaded gazebo garden with open views over the city.
