The residences
One bedroom apartments run from 744 to 849 sq ft and two bedroom apartments from 1,064 to 1,104 sq ft, each with a balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings bring in daylight, and depending on the unit the outlook is over the creek, towards Dubai Creek Harbour, or across the community to Al Khail Road. Kitchens have integrated cabinetry, European appliances, a built-in fridge and freezer, antibacterial worktops and a water purification tap. Some layouts add a breakfast bar, others a semi-closed kitchen or a dining nook with a bench. Bathrooms have rain showers, the floors carry wood textures, and acoustic windows and doors keep street noise out. The apartments are handed over unfurnished, with one parking space each.
Amenities
The roof holds the Skyline Pool, the Sky View Deck looking over the creek, and planted sky gardens. Inside the building there is a gym, a padel court, a sauna with a steam room, a library with co-working space and a grill lounge with barbecue areas. Children get indoor and outdoor play rooms, the indoor one based on Montessori principles. Residents arrive through a double-height lobby with several seating areas, served by three resident lifts and a separate service lift, and a padded, well-lit staircase invites people to take the stairs.
Location and payment plan
Al Jaddaf Waterfront, Creek Metro Station and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library are about four minutes from J188, and Al Jaddaf Metro Station and the Jameel Arts Centre about seven. Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour take around eight minutes, Dubai Healthcare City twelve. The payment plan asks for 10% as a down payment and 40% in instalments from February 2027 to February 2028, with the remaining 50% due on completion.
