About the project
Creek Views is a residential tower by Iraz Developments on the Al Jaddaf Waterfront in Dubai. The developer's site plans put the plot right on the edge of Dubai Creek, which gives the building its name. Above the ground-floor lobby rise 14 residential floors with a rooftop level on top, and two basement levels hold the parking. Construction is under way and handover is planned for Q4 2026.
The residences
The homes on sale are two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Two-bedroom apartments start at 1,060 sq ft and come in seven layouts. The 14th floor holds only three penthouses, each with four bedrooms and a maid's room, from 2,886 sq ft. The brochure shows open kitchens with a dining area, separate laundry space and a powder room, and the homes are fitted with a smart home system.
Amenities
The swimming pool sits on the podium deck next to an outdoor children's play area and landscaped gardens. Inside the building there is a gym and a play room for children, and the brochure gives a page to a walking and jogging path. Residents come in through a lobby with a reception desk. The ground floor has bicycle parking, and both basement levels include bays for people of determination.
Payment plan
