About the project
FALA by KASCO is a new apartment building set directly on the Al Jaddaf waterfront in Culture Village, Dubai, with direct access to the waterfront promenade. It comes from KASCO Developments, the property company of the family-owned KASCO Group, and Next Engineering Consultants is the architect. The building rises a ground floor and nine residential floors above three basement parking levels, with the amenities on the roof. Completion is planned for Q4 2028.
The apartments
On sale are studios of 418 to 430 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments of 634 to 848 sq ft, two-bedroom apartments of 1,367 to 1,605 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments of 1,714 to 2,050 sq ft. Every home has a balcony, and the ground-floor apartments get the largest ones in the building. Each two and three-bedroom plan includes a maid's room, a laundry and a powder room for guests, and the studios have a laundry space of their own. The design takes its cue from the water. Wave-inspired lines and curved terraces run across the façade, and large windows bring in light and views of the waterfront. Inside, the palette is soft neutrals, warm materials and quiet blue accents. The apartments are handed over unfurnished.
Rooftop and amenities
Most of the shared space is on the roof: a swimming pool with a pool deck, a fully equipped gym, a yoga area, a sauna, the clubhouse and outdoor seating. On the ground floor there is an outdoor cinema with seating, and the first floor has a BBQ zone with outdoor dining. Residents also have a co-working space, a sunken lounge and landscaped terraces with lounge areas. Three residential lifts serve the building.
Getting around
Ras Al Khor is on the horizon, and the city is close. Al Jaddaf Metro Station is about 5 minutes away. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Festival City, Dubai International Airport and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary are around 10 minutes, Dubai Creek Harbour about 12, Jumeirah Beach about 22, and Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina about 30.
