Lucky Royale Residence is an apartment building by Lucky Aeon Development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The developer calls it its newest address, after Lucky Residence, which it handed over in 2022. Construction is complete and the listed completion date is Q1 2026. The homes on offer are one- and two-bedroom apartments, sold on a 60/40 plan: 60% on booking and the remaining 40% on handover.
The residences
One-bedroom apartments start at 831 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,190 sq ft. Every layout in the floor plans has a private terrace, from 142 sq ft on a one-bedroom plan to 307 sq ft on a two-bedroom plan, and the living spaces have floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens are European and come fully equipped. Lucky Aeon names its suppliers: Kludi for the bathroom fittings, Legrand for the electrical fittings and York for the air conditioning, with European porcelain tiles on the floors and fire-rated front doors. A smart home system runs the lighting, temperature and security from a central panel or a mobile app.
Amenities
The shared spaces start at the landscaped podium garden and go up to the roof. The sky lounge deck has lounge chairs and tables by the infinity pool and its waterfall, and the rooftop terrace garden has seating among water features. For exercise there is a fitness studio with a yoga area. Children get their own pool, a shallow pool, a splash pad and play areas indoors and outdoors. The building also has a business centre with co-working space, a library corner, a multi-purpose hall, a prayer hall, gaming facilities, a barbecue area with a gazebo and storage space. A hospitality suite lets residents put up visiting guests in the building.
Location
JVC is a residential community with parks, schools inside the community and medical centres nearby, and Lucky Aeon points to malls, restaurants and schools close to the building. The developer's location map places JVC among Al Barsha South, Dubai Miracle Garden, Motor City and Sports City, and also marks Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai International Airport.
