About the project
Maimoon Gardens is a pair of residential towers by Fakhruddin Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The two towers rise from a shared podium, and that podium is where most of the outdoor life happens. The developer sells the project on affordability and sustainability, and the building systems support the second claim: centralised RO water purification, an air purification system that monitors indoor air continuously, energy-efficient cooling, automated smart-home controls, EV charging points and a waste disposal system that keeps dry and wet waste apart for composting and recycling.
The residences
The apartments on sale now are one-bedroom homes from 713 sq ft on the lower floors and a three-bedroom apartment of 1,276 sq ft on the 32nd floor. Every layout in Fakhruddin's floor plans has a balcony finished with a green wall. The three-bedroom plan adds a study or dining area, a separate laundry, three bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe off the main bedroom.
Amenities
The podium is laid out as a garden deck with a swimming pool, a lazy river, a cascading waterfall, a kids' pool and play area, a mist lounge and a barbecue area. For sport there are padel, squash and badminton courts, table tennis, an outdoor calisthenics park and a health club with a sauna and steam room. The quieter corners hold a yoga and meditation garden, a Zen garden, an organic greenhouse with a wellness lounge, and herb plots where residents grow their own.
Location and payment plan
On the developer's location map the towers stand beside Circle Mall in JVC. Maimoon Gardens is sold off-plan on a 20/80 plan: 20% is paid during construction and the remaining 80% on handover. Fakhruddin Properties was formed in 2003 and has its head office at Lake Central Tower in Business Bay. It is the property arm of Fakhruddin Holdings, whose first business opened in Deira in 1963.
