Petalz is a completed residential development by Danube Properties in International City, Dubai. It stands on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road at the western edge of the community, a gated setting that Danube planned with families in mind. The project has two towers, A and B, built over two basement levels with a ground floor and six floors of homes above it. Danube describes the building as eco friendly, with smart building technology and lavish finishing. Construction is finished, so the home on sale is ready for its new owner.
The four-bedroom duplex
The home on sale at Petalz is unit 326 in Tower A, a four-bedroom duplex of 3,368 sq ft with a terrace and a private pool. Danube's plans show just one unit of this type in the development. On the lower floor are the kitchen, a living and dining room, a guest toilet and the first bedroom with its own dressing area and bathroom. That floor opens onto a 2.5 metre wide balcony with the pool at one end. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second balcony of the same width. The staircase carries on to the roof, where the duplex has its own terrace and a maid's room with a toilet.
Amenities
Indoors, Petalz has a spa with treatment rooms, a wellness centre, a gym, a health club with a sauna, a multipurpose hall, a business centre, a beauty salon and a kids' day care, and a doctor is on call. Outside there are a rooftop lounge, a jogging track with rubber flooring, an open-air yoga and fitness platform, mini golf and an open-air cinema. The water area has an anti-current swimming pool, a shallow pool, a kids' pool, a toddler splash pad and an aquatic gym. Families also get a shaded play area with soft flooring, a BBQ area and male and female prayer rooms.
Location and payment
Petalz sits right beside Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. By Danube's figures, Academic City is 5 minutes away, Dragon Mart 7, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Safari 10, Mirdif City Centre 11 and Dubai International Airport 13, while Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 18 minutes by car. The duplex is offered on Danube's 41/59 plan: 10% on booking, 31% during construction, 19% on handover and the remaining 40% over 40 months after handover.
