About the project
Sanctuary is a residential tower by Prestige One Developments in Meydan Horizon, the new community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It looks out over Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a protected nature reserve of flamingos, birds and open water, and towards the skylines of Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour. The tower stands on three podium levels and rises 20 residential floors to a roof garden, with shops at ground level.
The residences
Sanctuary holds 125 apartments: 68 with one bedroom, 49 with two and 8 with three. The one-bedroom homes on sale start at about 649 square feet, the two-bedroom homes at about 1,010 and the three-bedroom homes at about 2,047. Buyers receive a private ownership title, and three passenger lifts serve the floors.
Amenities
The ninth floor is a living deck with a yoga deck, a serenity garden, indoor and outdoor gyms, indoor and outdoor cinemas, a children's pool, play areas for younger children, a space for teenagers and an outdoor bar lounge. On the 21st floor the sky garden has a pool facing the skyline, sun and sunken loungers, a sauna and steam bath, a coffee bar, barbecue areas, a games area, a bonsai garden and a lounge for owners.
Getting around
Business Bay, Dubai Design District and Downtown Dubai are about five minutes away by car. DIFC takes about 10 minutes, Dubai International Airport about 15 and Dubai Marina about 20.
Buying
The plan is 65/35: 20% on booking, then eight instalments over the next two years that bring the total to 65%, and the remaining 35% on handover. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2029.
