Verso is a residential tower by Reportage Properties in Meydan Horizon, the new district taking shape inside Meydan in Dubai. The residences

Residents have a large swimming pool and a children's pool, a padel court, a gym and a yoga area, a splash pad and a play area for children, shaded seating, foosball and table tennis, and landscaped gardens. The building has 192 private parking spaces.
Getting around
Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a two-minute drive away, and Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School about five. Dubai Design District and Dubai Creek Harbour take about 10 minutes, and Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport about 15. Meydan Racecourse is 18 minutes away, Dubai Hills Estate 20 and Palm Jumeirah 25.
Buying
The standard plan asks for 20% on booking and 10% a year later, with the remaining 70% due on handover. Handover is planned for the fourth quarter of 2029.
