About the project
Arthouse Residences D1 is a boutique residential project by Aviaan in District One (D1), Meydan, Dubai. It carries the name of Arthouse, the boutique hotel brand born on New York's Upper West Side, and brings the brand's hotel services to the homes. There are 92 of them, in two buildings called Tower A and Tower B: one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom apartments with a study, two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom penthouses with a private plunge pool.
Aviaan was founded by people with more than 18 years in Dubai real estate, and Arthouse Residences D1 is its first independent project. Clédor, the developer of Arthouse Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, is the development partner.
The homes
Each building has 46 homes: 28 one-bedroom apartments, 8 one-bedroom apartments with a study, 8 two-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom penthouses. The interiors follow a less-is-more approach, and the two-bedroom homes have floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and air.
The one-bedroom apartments with a study have an extra room besides the bedroom, and every one-bedroom home has a powder room for guests as well as its bathroom. The two-bedroom apartments have a hallway, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, a powder room for guests, two bedrooms, a closet and two bathrooms.
The four two-bedroom penthouses, two in each building, have a kitchen and dining area, a living room, a powder room, a closet and two bathrooms, with a private plunge pool outside. Sizes in the unit table include the balcony.
Arthouse services and amenities
Residents have a dedicated concierge, valet parking, lobby services and à la carte hotel services from Arthouse. Owners who do not plan to live in their apartment can place it in a rental pool or a short-term rental service, both managed by Arthouse and both optional.
The shared facilities include an infinity pool with a sun deck, an outdoor lounge and pool area, a gym, a yoga deck and a children's play area. The project also has retail outlets of its own.
Getting around
Arthouse Residences D1 is in District One of Meydan, close to Meydan Racecourse and The Meydan Hotel. Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai are about 10 minutes away, Dubai International Airport, Burj Al Arab and Mall of the Emirates about 15 minutes, Palm Jumeirah about 20 minutes and Al Maktoum Airport about 25 minutes.
