About the project
Coralis Grand Residences is a boutique building by Palladium Development on the Meydan Riviera canal in Al Merkadh, Meydan. Inspired by the forms of living coral, its ten storeys of soft curves hold only 69 residences. Palladium has opened pre-launch registrations ahead of the official launch.
The residences
There are 66 apartments and three sky villas: 28 one-bedroom apartments from about 882 square feet, 24 two-bedroom apartments from about 1,193 square feet and 14 three-bedroom apartments from about 2,599 square feet, balconies and terraces included. The three duplex sky villas start at about 6,412 square feet, each with a private pool, terraces and a private lift lobby. Depending on the residence, the views take in Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai skyline, Dubai Design District or Meydan Racecourse.
Amenities
Residents have an adults' pool and a kids' pool, two padel courts, separate gyms for women and men, a yoga centre, an indoor CrossFit studio, a sauna and steam rooms, a kids' area with a scooter track, a gaming area, a juice bar and outdoor leisure areas.
Getting around
Dubai Design District is about five minutes away, Business Bay about eight and Downtown Dubai about seven to ten.
Payment plan
Coralis Grand Residences is offered on a 50/50 plan: 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, 30% during construction and 50% on handover, expected in the fourth quarter of 2028.
