Reportage Epoque in Meydan, Dubai

Epoque is a residential building by Reportage Properties in Meydan Horizon, the new district taking shape inside Meydan in Dubai. Its design takes its cue from classic architecture, with a calm, composed facade, and it sits among landscaped gardens, crystal lagoons and a long boardwalk. The building has two basement levels, a ground floor, a podium and six residential floors, with shops at street level.

The residences

Epoque holds 60 apartments: 15 with one bedroom and 45 with two. The one-bedroom homes on sale start at about 547 square feet and the two-bedroom homes at about 781. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace, built-in wardrobes, double-glazed windows and central air conditioning, and some bedrooms have their own bathroom. Many units look over the family park or the crystal lagoon.

Amenities

Residents have a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool, a splash pad and play areas, a gym and a residents' lounge. Outside there are landscaped areas, shaded seating, foosball and table tennis, and a promenade along the lagoon. The building has 67 private parking spaces.

Meydan Horizon

Meydan Horizon covers 21.5 million square feet of mixed-use neighbourhood, laid out around crystal lagoons, a 2 kilometre canal, a 4 kilometre boardwalk and a central park of 320,000 square feet.

Getting around

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a two-minute drive away, and Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School about five. Dubai Design District and Dubai Creek Harbour take about 10 minutes, and Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport about 15. Meydan Racecourse is 18 minutes away, Dubai Hills Estate 20 and Palm Jumeirah 25.
