Savanna at Creek Beach is a residential community by Emaar Properties in Creek Harbour, Dubai. Three buildings stand around a shared central plaza, with a canal on one side, a park on the other and the white sand of Creek Beach close by. The home offered here is a 3BR apartment, and the payment plan is simple: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover.

The apartment

The apartment has three bedrooms and 1,701 sq ft of space on the second floor of Building 2, which has a ground floor, a mezzanine and seven residential floors above them. Buildings 1 and 3 rise to eight floors, and Emaar gave each of the three its own facade. Inside, the design keeps to a minimalist look and is planned to let in as much daylight as possible. Every apartment at Savanna comes with a private balcony or terrace, and the homes are laid out around landscaped courtyards.

Amenities

Residents share a community pool with a separate children's pool, a fully equipped gym that opens onto a private patio, barbecue areas and a lawn. Creek Marina, with an 81-berth yacht club, food trucks and art installations, is five minutes away, and the Address Grand Creek Harbour and Vida Creek Harbour hotels are nearby. Emaar puts Burj Khalifa about 10 minutes from the community and Dubai International Airport about 15 minutes, and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its pink flamingos, is close by.
