About the project
The Views is a new residential project by Ardee Developments at Ardee Downtown on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Ardee is collecting expressions of interest (EOIs) ahead of the official launch, which the developer expects in November.
The residences
The project holds 616 homes: 272 studios of about 368 to 386 square feet, 288 one-bedroom apartments of about 666 to 837 square feet and 56 two-bedroom apartments of about 1,028 to 1,082 square feet, balconies included. Depending on the home, the views take in the sea, Ardee Downtown, the community and the skyline towards Wynn Al Marjan.
Amenities
Residents have a fitness centre, a residents' garden, a wellness area, a resort-style pool and a family pool, a fine dining restaurant and bar, an events room and a social space. Shops, a concierge, valet parking, 24-hour security and charging points for electric cars complete the building, and residents have direct access to a private beach.
Payment plan
The Views is sold on a 50/50 plan. Buyers pay 10% on booking, 10% within 45 days, 10% twelve months after booking and 10% twenty-four months after booking, then 10% on completion, expected in the fourth quarter of 2029. The remaining 50% is paid after completion in quarterly instalments over three years.
