About the project
UPSIDE Living is a completed residential tower in Business Bay by SRG Properties, the Dubai family developer behind Burj Al Salam and Marquise Square. Every home is sold fully furnished: studios from 471 sq ft and one-bedroom apartments of 652 sq ft. SRG planned the building around shared spaces, so residents can work, train and meet friends without leaving it.
The apartments
Floors are natural Italian terrazzo, the joinery is made to measure, and kitchens come with SMEG appliances, a cooking hob, heat-resistant worktops and plenty of storage. Bathrooms have Carlo Frattini and Geberit fittings with Italian tiles, and European-made LED lighting runs through each apartment. Smart home controls and keyless building access are standard. Four of the five layouts in the floor plans open onto a balcony, and the developer points to views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal from the tower.
Amenities
Homes start on the 4th floor and rise to the 29th, above two parking levels and a community floor. The developer's plans show a swimming pool and sun deck looking towards Burj Khalifa, a gym, a sports court, a running track, a games room and a juice bar, plus coworking space, private meeting rooms and soundproof meeting pods. There is also a lobby with 24-hour assistance, food and beverage outlets, an events hub, a landscaped garden, a prayer room, bicycle parking and charging points for electric cars. Security is on duty day and night, and the lifts are by Schindler.
Location and payment plan
Business Bay puts UPSIDE Living minutes from Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Canal, the DIFC and D3, Dubai's creative hub, with Sheikh Zayed Road close by. The developer gives 7 minutes to the metro station, 9 to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, 11 to DXB airport and 15 to Meydan Racecourse. Buyers pay 30% on booking and 35% when the keys are handed over, then spread the last 35% across the 12 months after handover.
