About the project
Amani Melasti is a boutique hotel of 90 rooms and apartments that TEUS Group is building in Ungasan, on the Bukit Peninsula in southern Bali, 250 metres from Melasti Beach. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will manage it under its upscale Trademark Collection brand. The design concept comes from the international architecture firm AIMM: minimal interiors with Balinese boho touches. Completion is planned for Q2 2027.
The suites on sale
The suites on sale are Studios of 30 to 37 m² and 1BR suites of 45 to 63 m², on floors one to five of the building. TEUS Group describes the apartments as looking out to the ocean at sunset or opening onto a pool, and the rooms on the first floor have their own access to a patio with a pool. Every room is planned around sleep, with soundproofing, adjustable temperature, soft lighting and aromatherapy. The beds have smart mattresses that adapt their firmness, the pillows regulate temperature, and a smart alarm wakes guests gently.
Hotel facilities
The roof carries an infinity pool and a cocktail bar facing the sunset, with a panoramic terrace around them. Inside the hotel there are a spa, a restaurant with signature cuisine and a working space, and the concierge desk is open 24 hours a day for transfers, bookings and excursions. The sleep programme goes further: floating capsules, warm-oil massages, a somnologist who reviews how guests sleep, a sleep bar with herbal drinks, and quiet evenings of yoga, reading corners and film screenings.
Location and payment plan
Melasti Beach, with its white sand, is 250 metres from the hotel, and a shuttle takes guests to the shore in about a minute. TEUS Group says hotel guests will have access to 11 beach clubs along this coast. The developer has been in real estate for more than 80 years. Buyers pay 30% on booking and the remaining 70% during construction.
